From someone who has never done a martial art a day in their life until starting my Thai boxing journey with strikers lab I have to say everything about starting at this gym has been perfect. You can really tell that all the coaches put their 100% in every last one of their students coach Franz especially has really been crucial in my development, he notices all the small details about someones technique, fixes them if need be and gives praise where it is due with a great vibe about him and overall respect to all his students.
The overall vibe of the gym is great as well you can really tell everyone in the gym is working to improve their skill while also helping everyone around them to improve as well. Couldn’t ask for a better community and coaching staff, from high quality training facilities to top tier coaching no one does it better than Strikers lab 👊

Strikers Lab is an incredible Muay Thai gym. The setup is really well thought out, clean, and perfect for training at any level. Coach Franz is an amazing coach who is very knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about everyone who trains there. The atmosphere is welcoming, the people are great, and you can tell there’s a strong sense of respect and community in the gym. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this place pushes you to be better while still feeling like home. Highly recommend.

The kids classes are great! Coach Franz is very good with the kids and they get a lot out of each session.

I think this is the best combat sports gym I have ever seen in Sydney. The coaches Franz and Trent are highly qualified top level international fighters and they brings their wealth of knowledge to the training. The skills and passion of the coaches are unmatched. I wish I had known about this gym a few years earlier. The gym is very welcoming and it’s got a close knit community feel. Everyone is very respectful to each other and it’s a testament to the discipline brought in by the Chief Coach Franz. Quality of the equipment and fit out are of excellent quality. Whether you are just trying to get fit or if you are looking to be a fighter, this is the place to be.

In the already competitive landscape of gyms in Western Sydney let alone combat sports/fight gyms, this is definitely a gym I highly recommend... The gym owner (coach Franz) while firm, is also very fair... He is a retired ex kick boxing/muay thai champion and runs a very professional gym which even offers kids classes, wrestling n boxing classes for all skill n fitness levels! 1 of the rare fight gyms wid elephant mats and a proper ring, body shields, shin guards n overall well kept equipment!
